Description and features
Our DAA spring plungers with ball are designed as positioning, retaining and guiding elements for industrial applications requiring safe, precise and repeatable locking. These indexing plungers allow movable parts to be fixed in specific positions, remaining securely engaged until the required force is applied to release the mechanism.
Available in POM, with the complete assembly manufactured in this material, in a version with POM body and ball and spring in SS (Stainless steel), as well as a complete SS (Stainless steel) version for applications requiring corrosion resistance.
The design allows quick and reliable installation in a wide variety of mechanical and industrial systems.
· Material: POM, POM with SS (Stainless steel) components or SS (Stainless steel)
· F1 value: Minimum force required to activate the mechanism
· F2 value: Maximum final operating force of the spring
· Applications: Door and panel latches, indexing systems, industrial automation, adjustable structures, etc.
