All materials provide good electrical insulation and chemical resistance to oils, greases, and common solvents. Ideal for electrical, mechanical, and insulation applications.
Our MTH hex nuts with metric thread, similar to DIN 2510, made of PA66 (Polyamide 66 “Nylon”), offer excellent resistance to chemical products (see technical sheet), a high level of dielectric strength, do not oxidize and prevent damage caused by overvoltage
Our MTHA hexagonal nut with integrated flange, similar to DIN 6923, is designed for technical fastenings requiring an enlarged bearing surface without the need for an additional washer.

The integrated collar increases the contact area with the mounting surface, reducing point pressure and improving assembly stability against vibrations or support deformation. Manufactured in PA66, it combines mechanical strength, light weight and electrical insulation.

· Geometry: Hexagonal with flange
· Main function: Fastening with extended load distribution
· Material: PA66
· Technical advantage: Replaces washer and improves seating stability

Suitable for electrical and mechanical applications where surface protection and weight reduction are required.

Our LBK protective cap is designed to cover hexagon screw heads according to DIN / ISO / ANSI standards, provided the wrench size (SW) is respected.

It provides protection against impacts and dirt while improving the visual finish of the fastening.

· Material: LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene)
· Standards: DIN 933 / ISO 4017, DIN 931 / ISO 4014, DIN 960 / ISO 8765, DIN 961 / ISO 8676, ANSI B18.2.1
· Standard colours: RAL9010, RAL9005, RAL7001

The parts can be supplied with a plastic metallization process that provides a bright metallic finish. Manufacturing in RAL colours is also available on request and minimum order quantity. Please consult our sales department for conditions.
Our protection cap fits tightly, by means of the special rib around its mouth, assuring protection against corrosion or damage. It can protect with a more tight seal different elements and combinations, like 2 nuts and a bolt.
