Our CAX non-locking indexing plunger features a star-shaped grip handle made of PA6 (Polyamide 6), while the thread and plunger are made of ZCS (Zinc-Plated Steel).
This indexing plunger is particularly suitable for telescopic adjustments and similar applications. In case of play or movement between two tubes, it is possible to adjust the thread to press and secure both tubes, preventing displacement and vibrations “See full animation”.
Use: Locking and positioning pins are used to fix, index, or secure two or more components in the desired position. Temporary fixed positioning of the component is possible, but it can be released and changed at any time by operating the catch. No additional tools are required for its application.
We also offer the option of supply with DIN 439 locknuts.
