Our PRPRE cable gland with lamellar clamping system is designed to provide secure and reliable cable retention in demanding industrial environments. It is available with metric, PG, GAS and NPT threads and in RAL 9005, RAL 7001 and RAL 7035 colours.

These cable glands are divided into two main series, each with specific features adapted to different requirements.

AA Series – With trapezoidal internal thread (anti-unscrewing)
· Manufactured from Polyamide 6 with a neoprene seal.
· Operating temperature range: -40°C to +100°C.
· Protection rating: IP68.
· Self-extinguishing: UL94-V2.
· Certifications: VDE (EN 62444), UL, c-UL-us, DNV.
· Trapezoidal internal thread that prevents accidental loosening between the body and the nut.
· Models in black (RAL 9005) are UV resistant.
· Equipped with pre-stamped sealing rings acting as O-rings.

BB Series – With internal safety teeth (anti-vibration)
· Manufactured from Polyamide 6 with a chloroprene seal and integrated O-ring.
· Operating temperature range: -20°C to +100°C, with peaks up to +150°C.
· Protection rating: IP66/IP68 (up to 5 bar) and Type 4X (UL 50E).
· Self-extinguishing: UL94-V2.
· Certifications: VDE (EN 62444), UL (UL 514B), CSA C22.2, DNV GL.
· Design with internal safety teeth providing anti-vibration protection.
· Includes integrated sealing rings in the base for improved sealing performance.

Both series are designed in accordance with IEC/EN 62444 and provide a robust, durable and secure solution for electrical, mechanical and outdoor applications.

For the temporary closure of cable glands, the DTPB plug can be used to provide protection against dust and water splashes during assembly, transport or when not in use.
