The SFG panel edge clip is designed for the fastening and guiding of three heterogeneous cables, offering a safe, robust and long-lasting solution in photovoltaic and industrial applications. Made of AISI 410 stainless steel, it provides high mechanical strength together with good corrosion resistance, ensuring reliability even in demanding or intensive environments.
This model allows differentiated cable placement: two photovoltaic module cables Ø 6.6 – 8.4 mm in the lower part and one connection cable Ø 9.7 – 14.5 mm in the upper part. For easier assembly, it is recommended to install the connection cable first. Installation is simple by manual pressure, with secure anchoring to the panel thanks to the locking tab, specifically designed for frames with narrow edges of 10 mm. Removal or repositioning only requires a screwdriver. The rounded edges protect the cable insulation, preventing damage during handling.
With a thickness of 0.635 mm, this clip offers superior durability compared to conventional standards and guarantees a minimum certified service life of 20 years. It also withstands a temperature range from -40 °C to +300 °C, maintaining performance in extreme conditions.
The SFG clip is ideal for photovoltaic modules, as well as for electrical systems, control panels, telecommunications, industrial machinery and marine installations, where efficient, safe and long-lasting heterogeneous cable management is required.
