Our MTQA caps are manufactured from PA6.6 with an oleophobic/hydrophobic acrylic copolymer membrane and an integrated O-ring beneath the head. The Ø 2.4 mm holes provide ventilation and heat dissipation. The membrane, secured by ultrasonic welding, equalises pressure, maintains air exchange and prevents moisture build-up and liquid ingress.
Thanks to their retaining teeth, the caps snap into place and accommodate panel thicknesses up to the maximum value specified in the table.
