Our MTQC snap-in pressure equalisation plug is designed to balance pressure inside electrical enclosures and equipment. Its lateral micro-holes promote ventilation and heat dissipation.
The oleophobic and hydrophobic membrane, resistant to bases and numerous organic chemicals, reduces humidity and condensation, limits temperature rise and helps protect equipment against corrosion, extending its service life. Manufactured with a polyamide 6 body, acrylic copolymer membrane and NBR flat-section O-ring. Available in light grey RAL 7035, grey RAL 7001 and black RAL 9005.
· Operating temperature: -40 °C to +100 °C, with peaks from -45 °C to +150 °C
· Protection rating: IP67/IP68 depending on the reference. Water ingress pressure varies according to the model; refer to the corresponding technical table.
· Air flow: Measured at a differential pressure of 70 mbar (1 psi)
· Installation: The mounting hole should be machined according to the specified dimensions to prevent deformation of the snap-in system and ensure the declared protection rating.
Supplied with a flat-section O-ring. Available in Figure A and Figure B. Selected references are cURus certified and classified as UL Type 1, 4 and 4X according to UL 50E. UL94-V2 flammability rating.
