Description and features

The SSCT PVC-coated stainless steel straps provide a robust, versatile and durable solution for the fastening, bundling and securing of cables, hoses or conduits in demanding industrial environments. Thanks to their Heavy Duty design and high mechanical strength, they are particularly suitable for applications exposed to vibration, humidity, sunlight or chemical agents.

These straps combine the structural strength of metal with the dielectric and corrosion protection of the PVC coating, ensuring a long service life even under extreme environmental conditions.

Their releasable and reusable locking system allows the strap to be opened and resecured easily during maintenance tasks or cable reorganisation. They offer a tensile strength of over 90 kg (200 lb), depending on the maximum bundle diameter, and can also be used with larger diameters according to installation requirements.

The operating temperature range extends from -40 °C to +90 °C, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.

They are an excellent choice for the electrical, energy, railway, marine and petrochemical industries, as well as for solar photovoltaic installations, electrical panels, industrial machinery, telecommunications and HVAC systems, where a strong, safe and reusable fastening solution is required.
