Our MTQB caps are manufactured from PA6.6 with an oleophobic/hydrophobic acrylic copolymer membrane and an integrated O-ring beneath the head. The hexagonal head is perforated to provide ventilation and heat dissipation. The membrane, secured by ultrasonic welding, ensures effective pressure equalisation and continuous air exchange, preventing moisture build-up and liquid ingress into the equipment.
The head height is approximately 5 mm and the hole diameter is Ø 2.4 mm.
