Protective base for LHVB levelers Our LKB bases are specially designed to fit precisely onto LHVB levelers, offering effective protection against scratches, impacts, and wear from friction on delicate surfaces.
These caps are made of LDPE (low-density polyethylene) and are available for levelers with diameters of 30 mm, 45 mm, and 60 mm. Standard colors are black and natural, allowing for easy aesthetic integration with different types of machinery.

The LHVB leveling feet are manufactured in (ZCS) Zinc Coated Steel and feature a DIN 558-4.6-A2F swivel screw with a hexagonal base and a tilt range between 10º and 13º, depending on the reference. They provide a secure joint thanks to a Torx T20 screw (max torque 3.4 Nm) that locks the base to the screw.
Regarding the base, there are two options depending on the reference: without holes and with two holes that allow the foot to be screwed down and firmly fixed to the floor (references ending in H).

These feet support a load of approximately 6380 N, although we always recommend keeping a safety margin. Levelers must be adjusted without load, and we do not recommend their use as gliders, but rather as static elements.

If surface protection against potential scratches/impacts is needed, we suggest fitting the protective cap LKB, made of (LDPE) Low Density Polyethylene.

* Other lengths and thread sizes.
* Base in (SS) Stainless Steel.
* Hexagonal recess for Allen key on the top of the thread.
